Accela Automation is the only web-based upgrade for Accela Permits, Plus. Accela is the sole source id r f all software licenses, maintenance and support for A la Automation and A la Permits Plus. The Services Agreement shall be effective on February 1, 2012 and shall expire on May t, 20,13.
