Execution of a Professional Services Contract and Adopt

4. M&C C-26799 - Authorize Execution of Amendment No. 2 to City Secretary
Contract No. 39460, an Engineering Agreement with Brown &
Gay Engineers, Inc., in the Amount of $48,240.00 for Additional
Engineering Design of the West Downtown Storm Drain
Structural Rehabilitation Project, Thereby Revising the Total
