Examiners of Psychologists or the Texas Medical Board, and desires to render professional
services for City on the terms and conditions provided in the Agreement; has been appointed by
the Fort Worth Civil Service Commission to administer pre-employment psychological

history statements and background documents, or a summary of such documents,

disqualification shall be based on an applicant's inability to perform the essential
psychological functions of a police officer's duties. Such reports should be
maintained by Consultant for no less than three (3) years from the date of the relevant
