AN ORDINANCH authorizing the closing of a sixteen foot alley
in Block 10, Mistletoe Heights Addition to the City Of Fort Worth;.
BCE IT ORDAIHID< BY THE BOARD-07 COMMISSIONM OF THS CITY OF
FORT WORTH:
Section 1. Whereas, it appears that all of the property
owners in Block 10 of the Mistletoe Heights Addition to the City of
Fort Worth, in Tarrant County, Texas, to wit: 'R. L. CaTlock,
Mistletoe Heights Realty Company, R. L. Carlock, Jr., Mrs. R. H.
Hardie, U. J. Bisoo and L. L. Burton. ,have signed and requested for
and agreed to the closing of said alley; and whereas. it appears
that the closing of said alley under the conditions named will be
for the beat interest and for the convOkenee of the property owners
in said section, now, therefore;
Section 2. The sixteen foot alley running east and west across
Block 10 of the Mistletoe Heights Addition to the City of Fort Worth
in Tarrant County, Texas, be, and the same is hereby vacated and
closed.
Section 3. The vacating and closing of the alley, aforesaid,
shall not in any manner interfere with the use of all the owners of
said section to any gas, sewer, water main, electric lights, telephone
or other public utility which may be now situated along said alley
or which may be hereafter, by the City of Port Worth, granted a fran-
chise or right to the use of said alloy, and it Is expressly under-
stood that the vacating of said alley as erein provided for shall be,
and is, subject to all the rights which have been or may be granted,
by the of Fort Worth, for any of the pvVosee hereinbef ore men-
tioned.
This +ordinance= shall be in force and effect from and after
its Passage. I hereby certify that the above end foregoing OTdi-
nance was duly presented and unanimously passed and
adOPted by the 3oard of 00mmissioners of the City ff
Fort Worth at a regular session of said Board held
