BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE CITY CMNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:

That Section 2 of C"hEq:rter• 3O of the Code of the City of Fort Worth,
1950, be amennd.ad, and Mer being so amended, it shall read as follows:
"'See. 2. Gk @ostruotin~ug Railway Crossings.
"it shall be unlawful for any officers, agents, servants
or, receivers raf any rally y cotTorat°i.on to wilfully ob-
struct for more than five (5) minutes at any one time
any street,, railway crossing or public highway by permit-
ting their train to stand on or across such crossing, ex-
cept that this section shall not apply to any through-
train kept i.n constamnt forward motion 'while passing over
sa,,m r street, railway, crossing or public highway."
SECTION 2.

SECTION 3.
That this ordinance shall 'be cumilative of all provisions of the Code
of the City of Fort Worth, 1950, with respect to railroads, except in
those instances where the provisions of this ordinance are in direct con-
flict vl th the provisions of such Code, in which instances said conflict-
ixg provisions of such Code are hereby repealed.
