Seek the advice of its attorneys concerning the following pending or contemplated litigation or other matters that are exempt fiono public disclosure under Article }{, Section 9 o the Texas State Bar Rules and as authorized by Section 55 1.071 of the Texas Government Code: u. Legal issues concerning AtrnosMid-Tox's rate-adjustment application; b.
