After proper notice given pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, Mayor Price adjourned the
Council meeting of the Fort Worth City Council at 4:23 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, 10
convene into the Special City Council Meeting for the closed Executive Session in the Pre-
Council Chamber of the Fort Worth Municipal Building.

With ngonruro of the City Council Members present, the Fort Worth City Council convened into
closed Executive Session at 4:28 p.m. on Tuesday, May 0, 2014, in the Pre-Council Chamber of
the Fort Worth Municipal Building to discuss matters pertaining to the following:
i. Seek the advice of its attorneys concerning the following pending or contemplated
litigation or other matters that are exempt fiono public disclosure under Article }{, Section 9 o
the Texas State Bar Rules and as authorized by Section 55 1.071 of the Texas Government Code:
u. Legal issues concerning AtrnosMid-Tox's rate-adjustment application;
b. Legal issues concerning the regulation of student housing;
