An ordinance granting the petition of John C. Ryan
et al.. and closing a part of a certain alley. in Bloch No. Four
(;4) of "Ryan Place'" in the City of Fort forth.
au Be it ordained by the Board of Comaissioners of the
City of ]fort Worth:_
That the petition of the John C. Ryan Land Company,
.port Worth ;Land'Company, John C. Ryan, W. ,V. Harrison, • V.
Hightower and J. hontgorarery Brown, filed on the day of
January, A.D. 1915, petitioning said Board to vacate the herein-
after described part of the alley extending Bast and West through
Block too. Four (4) in "Ryan Place", an Addition to the City of
Fort Worth, Texas, be, and the same is hereby, granted, and that
the following described part of the alley, fifteen (15) feet in
width, extending East and 'lest through Bloch No. Your (4) in "Ryan
Place", an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Texas, be, and the
same is hereby, forever closed and vacated, namely:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the West boun-
dary line of Fifth Avenue with the forth boundary line of said alley,
said beginning point being the South East corner of Lot No. Five ( )
in said Block; thence 'vest with the Worth boundary line of said alley
and the South boundary line of said lot one hundred thirty five (135)
feet to the South West corner of said Lot No. Five (b thence South
parallel with the "hest boundary line of Fifth Avenue fifteen (15)
feet to that North boundary line of Lot No. Three (3) in said ,Bloch;
thence Last with the South boundary line of said alley and the Borth
boundary line of Lots twos. Three (3) and, Four (4) in said Bloc]
one hundred thirty fire (135) feet to the West boundary line of
Fifth Avenue; thence north with the vest boundary line of Fifth
Avenue fifteen (15) feet to the beginning; the part above described
of said alley, and which is closed and vacatlsd, being all that part
lying South of Lot No. Five (5) in said Block.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force froraa
and after its passage. I hereby eartify that the above and fore gaging
