That til-ie Mayor and City Secretary, be and they are hereby directed to execute six promissory note. payable to the order of the Superior Garbatge Incinerator Company, of Dallas, Texas, five of saidnotes for the sum of Ter, Thousand Dollars, (410,000) , each, and one note for the sum of Sever, Thousaz"A !4vib,huadred dollars,( 7,200) , all of said notes bearing interest at the rate of six par cant per annum. (61,11o) , from date until paid, said notes to aP be dated on the day of acceptance of the Incinerators, by the qITY OF FORT AlOf"TH, and payable respectively as follows: One note payable October 10th, 1021; One note p,,',,_yable February 10th, 1922; One note payable October 10th, 1022; One note pay- abib February 10th, 1923; One note payable October 10th, 1923 and the last of said notes being payable on February 10th, 2924, SECTION 2.- That there is kier_,by levied, and shall be collected, as provided by law, an LLnnuzil special advalorem tax, for the years 1921, I922 and 1023, for the payiaent of said promissory notes, in the agcregate suir, of Fifty seven Thousand Two hundred Dollars, ($57,200) , and interest thaveon as set out in Section 1, of this Ordinance, of Two and Two- tenths oents, (2-2/10) on every One hundred dollars valuation on all property, real, personal and mixed, situated in, and all personal property owned in the OTTI OF FORT WORThs on the first, day of January, 1921, 1922 and 1023, subject to taxation, and not exempt therefrom by the Constitution or laws of the 4TATS OF TEXAS; provided that only so much of the said Two and Two-tenths cents, (2-210) levy shall be made for the years IMM, I922 and 1923, it,&y be neoess,,,iry to aieet the maturity of the notes set out in Section 1 of this Ordinance according to the asses,,-,ed adValorem values of the CITY OF FONT WOI-L'TH, for the years, 1922 and 1923. SECTION 3.- That it shall be the duty of the Board of Commissioners of the CITY OF Fr_)fel W01L'H, in levying tar s for general purposes, for the years 1921,I9212' arid 1923 to include in said levy for general purposes, a special tax of Two and Two-tenths cents, (2-2/10) on the One Hundred Dollar Val- uation, or so much thereof as may be, necessary, to i,aat the maturity of acid notes for the years 1922 and 1923. SECTION 4.-P tax of Two and Two-tenths (2-2/10ths) cents, on the One Hundred Dollar,($,100) valuation hereinbefore provided for, when collected, sh.,,,.kll be placed in a special and sepezate fund, and applied to the payment of said notes he:ceir}'ceZore set out, and for no other purposes.
