AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THF REPEAL OF
ORDINANCE NO. 1487 ESTABLISHING BUILDING
LINES ON FIFTH AV-101ME.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TMAS:
SECTION I.
Ordinance No. 117 passed and adopted by the City Council On July 24,
1928, establishing building lines on Fifth Avenue is hereby repealed.
SECTION II.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and affect
from and after the date of Its passage and it is so ordained.
