IN BLOCK 23, I��".�Lf 1RBAT ADDITION, 3RD FILING, AN ADDI'TIO19
TO THE: CITY OF FORT WORTH, TA 9,12 COUNTY, "TaAS, BE VACATED,
ABANDONED AND CLOS D; 171OVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE
IN SAID LAND; R 'EALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH;
AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINPOICL SHALL BECOME &a RCTIV'E
IMIEDIAT CLY.
BE IT ORDAYMED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF °TTHE� CITY Or, FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That all that portion of an unnamed street in Block 23, Interurban
Addition, 3rd Filing, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant
County, Texas, from the east right of way line of Riverside Drive to
the east line of Lots 7 and 13 in said Block 23, be and the same is hereby
closed, abandoned and permanently vacated as a street or public thorough-
fare of any kind or character whatever.
SECTION 2.
That the fee to the land in said unnamed street is hereby released
and will revert to the adjacent owners as provided by law, save and ex-
cept that an easement is reserved for any and all existing utilities,
including a 10 foot easement for the existing sanitary sever, the limits
of said easement being parallel to and 5 feet on either side of the center
line of said sever.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage.
