That this ordinance stall and does hereby am and eveif prior ordinance in canClict herewith, and MDre particularly this ordinance expressly amends Ordinance Nos. 38Z+ and 3549, heretofore adopted and passed an May 16, 195R mid October 31, 1956, but as to all other ordinances or sections of ordinances not in direct conflict herewith this ordinance shall be and is hereby, made cumu2ative. Section 3. That this ordinance sha2l be publi5hed one time V a daily newspaper 1xiblished in the City of Fort Worth, in accordance with the provisions of Section 40, %Ftar XKVIII of the City Charter. Section 4. If any section, subsection, clause, sentence, phrase, or word of this ordi- nance is for any reason held void or unconstitutional by a court of competent juris- diction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining sections, subsections, clauses, sentences, phrases or wordn, except as the same are insepar- able from and indispensable to the remaining portions of the ordinance. Section 5. That this ordinance shall becous affective and be in full force and effect upon its final passage, which in no event shall be less than thirty (30) days from the date of its publications, as aforesaid, and it is so ordained.
