p/ access road to Camp Bowie Boulevard, 19 faet in rata tb and 253 feet in length,
adjacent to the north 253 feet of Lots Al and AM, Block 11, Rldglea Bills
Addition as shawn on the attached map.
Subject right-of-way, acquired by dedication, contains an existing water main.-
City departments and private utility campanies have reviewed this request and have
no objections subject to retention of the vacated right-of-way as as utility ease-
meat and subject to a satisfactory rept at. Such as replat has been sibmitted to
tht City staff.,
The City Plan Commission, on November 24, 1971, voted to approve the vacation of
19 feet of right-of-way, adjoining the south access road of Camp Row e, between
the 6450 and 7000 blocks of Camp Bowie, without the need for further public hear-
in$s, mon requested by adjoining property own ers, provided they replat and fur-
nish easements thereon for all existing utilities. Subject right-of-way vacation
request meets all of the requirements set forth by the Plan Commission.
Recommendatiamts

It is recommended that an ordinance be adopted vacating subject right-of-way as
recommended by the City PlanCommission.
