BE IT ORDAIINIED BY THE CITY QUINCIL OF THE CIT7 2F FOR UETH: Section 1. That the followinE described territory within the corporate limits of the City of Fort Korth is hereby discontinued as a part of the City of Fort Worth; the City of Fort Worth also ralinquisher all extra-territorial jurisdictional aqthority over auch area under the provisions of the 1•11an-'cipal Annexation Act (Chapter 160, Acts of the 58th legislature, Regular Session 1963, compiled as 970a Vernonts Texas Civil Statutes) said tract cf land being described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the present City Limit Line of the City of Fort Worth and the City of Everman, said point being the intersection of the west right-of-way line of County Road 1015 with the north right- of-way line of Enon Avenue (County Road No. 1051); THENCE West, North, Went, Northwest, Went, South, West, North, and West, along the present City Limit Line of the City of Fort Wirth and the City of Everman, to its intersection with the west line of Block 25, Shelby County School land Survey; THENCE North, along the west line of Block 25, Shelby County School land Survey, to its intersection with the zouth right -of -way line of Cochran Avenue produced east; TIMNCE East, along the south right-of-way line of Cochran Avenue produced east., to its intersection with the west rieht-of-way line of County Road No. 1015; TRENCE South, along the west right-of,vay line of County Road No. 1015, to the plaop of beginning and containing approximately .081 square miles. That this ordinance shall and does hereby amend c7ery prior ordinance in If any .section, subsection or provision of this or&inarce shall be hel-11 invalid or unconstitutional by a court of cony ))tent jurisdiction, thEl-., portion so held to be Ll-oralid or uncon3titutional shall not affect the validity of any t� other part of the ordinance, which shall remain in full force and effect. Section 4. That this Orclinance shall become effective and shall be in full force and effect from and after its pa: sage, and it is so ordained. Passed and adopted this '3c7' ! , day of 1964.
