AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT TM AILEY IN BLOCK 10 DAGGEMS SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH BE A.BATTSONED, VACATED AND CLOSED, WHEREAS) it appearing to the City Council of the City of Fort 7,orth, Texas, that the alley running in a northerly and southerly direction through Block 10, Daggettts Second Addition to the Oity of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, has not been used as an alley or public thoroughfare for many years, that all interested property owners and it is deemed to the best interest of the public that said alley be closed, abandoned and vacated as a public thoroughfare, NON, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH: SECTION I. That the alley running in a northerly and southerly direction through Block 10, Daggettfs Second Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, be closed, abandoned and permanently vacated as anpalley or public thoroughfare of any kind or character. SECTION II. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION III.
