FOURTH AMENDMENT TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 42373 WHEREAS the City of Fort Worth ("City") and Carnp Fire USA First Texas Council (hereafter. "Contractor"') made and entered into City Secretary Contract No, 42373; WHEREAS, the Contract provided funding to Contractor pursuant to a grant received by City from the United States Department of I lousing and Urban Deveh.)pment ("HUD") through the Community Developinent Block Grant Program ("CI)BG") for utilization in connection with its Diamond Hill Station Program; WHEREAS, the First Amendment to the Contract revised EXHIBIT B BUDGETto add language to explain the informational tables set forth in the Budget. ; WHEREAS, Section 5.2.2 of the Contract permits Contractor to increase or decrease line item amounts in the Budget, subject to written approval by the Director of the City's Housing and 1,"conomic Development Department, so long as the total Budget does not change; WHEREAS, the second Amendment dated May 23, 2012 and the third Amend. ent dated July 9, 2012 revised line item amounts in EXHIBITB: WHEREAS, City desires to revise EXHIBIT B -BUDGET to more accurately reflect the actual, eligible use of CDB(j Funds and the intent of the Parties regarding Budget details; and WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of City and Contractor to amend the Contract to complete the Program and meet Contract objectives. NOW, Tf IEREEFORE, City and Contractor hereby agree to amend the Contract as follows: L a.
