DISCUSSION: The City's Environmental Collection Center is now in its 16th year of operation collecting household hazardous waste from the residents of Fort Worth and surrounding communities on a year round basis. In order for non-Foil Worth residents to participate at the center, each entity is required to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Fort Worth., The term for these Agreements will be for Fiscal Year 2014 (October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014)with three one-year options to renew (through Fiscal Year 2017).
