The City retained the services of Arthur Weinman, AIA on November 15, 2013 (City Secretary Contract No. 45117) to create and submit the National Register of Historic Places nomination for the Will Rogers Memorial Center Coliseum, Auditorium and Tower located at 3401 West Lancaster Avenue. The process typically takes six to eight months for review by the THC. Pending approval, the three buildings would be designated on the National Register of Historic Places.
