I currently have 18.25 hours remaining from the 200 with approximately 100 project centers remaining to close. In addition, you have asked me to conduct staff training on project closing procedures so that in the future this task can be done by someone on Water Department staff and to assist with the completion of the 2004 Retail Water and Sewer Cost of Service studies. In order to complete the remaining project centers and conduct the training, I am requesting an additional 30 hours be added to the current contract hours. However, these additional 30 hours will be charged at $50 per hour rather than$75 per hour. The 2004 Retail Water and Sewer Cost of Service studies will require 50 hours at $75 per hours. Please let me know if this is satisfactory to you. Thank you for all your help and assistance in this project. Carolyn Marshall C i 777- C7 J`' Si .LII4,77
