The south half of Heritage Trace Parkway from this point to Park Vista Boulevard will be constructed as a single 27-foot wide roadway within a 130 foot right-of-way. The north half of Heritage Trace Parkway has not been platted. The developer is responsible for the first 27 feet of paving. The City will reimburse the developer for additional widths over 27 feet, including median openings and left turn lanes.
