In accordance with the Professional Services Agreement entered into between Apex
Systems, Inc. ("Contractor") and the City of Fort Worth ("Client" or "City") effective as of
November 6, 2013 and approved by M&C C-26551 on November 5, 2013 (the
"Agreement"), this Appendix B-1A is incorporated into the Professional Services
Agreement and hereby reads as follows:
1. The term of this work order shall be extended to end when all services have
been completed under this work order as contemplated herein, but not later
than the end date set forth below.
2. This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and conditions of
the Professional Services Agreement, specifically the services to be provided
under Section 1 of said agreement.
3. The services to be performed under this Work Order shall be as follows:
RADIO COMMUNICATIONS TECHNICIAN
1. Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair two-way radios, mobile data
computers and other specialty equipment.
2. Repair or resolve problems with electronics equipment resulting from
diagnostic tests.
3. Modify or fabricate metal used in the installation process.
4. Custom installation and fabrication of 12-volt electronic systems.
5. Assist customer walk-ins and phone support.
6. Organize shop supplies and tools and maintain the upkeep of the shop.
