BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS SECTION 1 That a portion of a public access easement situated m a portion of Lot 1 Block 3 of the Tnmty Bluff Addition, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County Texas, contammg approximately 0 103 acres of land, and as recorded m Cabinet A, Slide 10218 of the Plat Records of Tarrant County Texas, and as more specifically described m Exhibits A and `B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and the same is vacated, abandoned and extinguished. SECTION 2 That the fee to the land m the above described vacated public access easement is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances m conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
