Tax Ecpialization Program JLB The City Manager suggested that the new Coun- cil might desire to meet with personnel of the Tax Dept. in order to have the Tax Equalization program procedures outlined, and to ask questions concern- ins; this program �. A meeting, was set for this purpose at 3:30 PM, Wed. , April 24, in the Council Conference Room ?. Special meeting on Annexation Policy NAN Discussion was held on another special meet- ing of the new Council in order to discuss annex- ation policies of the City. However, it was the consensus of Council to hold the meeting regarding, the Tax Equalization Program first, and then to consider the second meeting. 3. Procedures in request for information and MAN service, and complaints received by Council mem- bers. The City Manager outlined procedures in the Mana,p:.r's 01fice relating to processing of re- quests for information and service by the new Council members , and the handlin;; of citizen complaints which were received by Council members . 4. Councilman Hamm requested information con- cerning why this item had been referra•d to the City Council for action.
