Assessment Pavint., Hearin; - 10 Locations in NAN Meado%,4)rook Area (M&C G-535) The City Manager referred to this assessment pav- inf. hearing, and reported that the staff had studied the best method of providing for the sewer connections in Yeager St (Unit III) which %,auld be according to recommendation one of the M&C authorizing; a short ex- tension into this area using-, City forces in order to eliminate the need for pavement cuts in the future. Council approved the M&C at regular Council meeting. 2. Proposed Sale of W.-ter to Haltom City (M&C C-147) NAN Council discussed the contract providing for the sale of water to Hn I tom City (M&C C-147), which is in accordance with the standard policy of the City provid- ing for the sale of water to surrounding municipalities . Consensus of Council was to approve the proposed con- tract, and this: action was taken at Council meeting. 3. Report on Vickery Blvd (I.R. #413) EIM - Pre-Council and Foniw i� Agenda - Sept. 23 Council discussed this informal report indicating that the Highway Dept had recommended against the con- version back to two-way traffic on the section of Vickery Blvd from the Summit Ave exit of the freeway to Summit. Council discussed proceeding with the Vickery Blvd project west from the intersection of Forest Park Blvd. However, no consensus of Council was reached and it was request+.d that this item be placed on both the Pre- Council and Formal Agenda for Sept. 23. 4. Access to I1arding-10th Street Area (IR #418) NAN Council discussed the drait resolution request- ing the Highway Dept to cooperate with the City in attempting, to design and implement a plan providing for additional access from the north freeway to the general area of Harding-10th `.street.
