Consensus of Council was to hold a special Council meeting on that date, and except for Councilman Shannon, all indicated that they could attend the spacial meeting. It was requested that the Manager remind the Council of this special meeting,. 2. West Berry Street Extension Adjacent to CKD - follow up TCU Campus The City Manager informed the Council that con- ferences had been held with representatives of TCU regarding the proposed W. Berry Street extension project , and that stxne modification had been made in the prelim- inary plans previously transmitted to the City Council for their information. It was further reported that the }t p_ {fin staff was ready to contact other affected people in this OFFICIAL f1rGJii� area concerning the proposed plan, if the Council was in agreement with the general plan as outlined in the I.R. CITY SECRE 'A FT. WORM, T.Y. � Mk I t e m Follow-Up No objection to the proposal calling for a new divided road- way adjacent to the existing streets was voiced by any Council Members. Councilman Jones inquired as to the Fire Station site which had been indicated adjacent to buildings on the campus, and was informed by the City Manager that this Station would probahly be moved to another location off of TCU property. Councilman Hamm referred to the median strip in the pro- posed plan and inquired if the Park Dept had been consulted concerning; the maintenance work which would be required on this area. The City Manager reported that the maintenance responsibility of the area could be determined by Council assignment , but that the Park Dept would be consulted con- cerning the proRosed plan. S. Annual Report of Water Dept (M&C P-343) FI[D Councilman Hanan referred to this M&C and requested information concerning the need for such an annual re- port, and whether or not it could be transmitted as an additional summary to the regular monthly newsletter. Council deferred action on this purchase at regular Council meeting„ and requested additional information from the staff concerning the report. 6. Proposed Developer Contract in Ridgmar Addi- NAN tion (M&C C-241) Councilman Shannon inquired if the proposed street improvements to be constructed under this de- veloper's contract would be constructed according to the specifications which the Council had previously deleted from use in further City projects, and was informed that only specifications as approved by the City Council could be used by the developer.
