'fhe City Manager announced that a special meeting
of �;iu Council would be necessary at 4:00 p.m.. on Tuesday,
February 14, to take action on the bids for a $17,400,000
bond --ale.

Regular Meeting to February 8
Only Councilman Shannon having arrived at the Pre-
Council Conference, it was then determined by telephone
inquiry that only Councilman Hoover could be expected at
[lie regular meeting, with the other four Councilmen being
out of the city and unavailable.

a) Ice Skating Rink for Will Rogers Coliseum See February 8, 1967 regular
(M&C G-1051) meetins notes.
10 Substandard House at 4948 Dunbar Street
(M&C G-1050) Approved unanimously at 2/8/67
regular meeting.
c) Benefit Hearing - Collard Street Widening See February 8, 1967 regular
and Paving (M&C 91048) meeting notes.
d) Architectural Services for Additional Work Approved unanimously at 2/8/67
at the Fire & Police Training Center(M&C C-880) regular meeting.
e) Payment for Engineering Services - Proposed Approved unanimously at 2/8/67
Stagecoach Road Storage Facilities and Pump regular meeting.

The four members of the Council who were present
opened the regular meeting at 9.30, and the Mayor, noting
that a quorum (6) was not present, adjourned the meeting
until ti%ludnesday, February 8, 1967 at 9:00 a.m. (it being
agree(' that there would be no Pre-Council Conference on
