Councilman Dunham said he had checked with people in

The City Manager explained other terms of the recommended

The City Manager said that the letter to the Council

Mayor McKinley commented that the older parts of town,

Councilman Hoover said he understands that the hearing

The City Manager said that no Council action is neces-

councilman Guinn said that he is concerned about an
, . ,,r-owth of weeds noted all over town. He asked what

The City Manager replied that the City has a standard
.)L-edure to require removal or actually remove weeds and
the property owners. He suggested that Councilman Guinn
