HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1007 RESOLUTION NO. /00 7 A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 1984, AT 10:00 A.M. , FOR THE PURPOSE OF CON- SIDERING THE PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 3011, AS AMENDED, WHICH IS THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY IN- TERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: That at 10:00 O'clock A.M. , Tuesday, September 11, 1984, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council " Chambers at the Municipal Building for the purpose of consider- ing changes and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, should be amended so that the zoning classifi- cation of the following areas shall be changed as hereinafter described: Z-84-103 Lot 13R, Block' -.,59 and Lots 9 and 10, Block 66; Seminary Hill Addition (McCart and Fuller Avenues) Requested from "E" Commercial and "CF" Community Facilities to "F-R" Restricted Commercial Z-84-122 Lots 31A, 31B and 31C; Block 15; Roy Tice Subdivision; Trentman City Addition (3601 Mansfield Highway and 3515-3517 Shackleford Street) Requested from "E" Commercial to "I" Light Industrial Z-84-152 ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT Amending Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, the Compre- hensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Worth, codified as Appendix "A" of the Code of the City of Fort Worth (1964) , as amended, by revising Section 9A, "F-R" Restricted Commercial District, to add "softball parks, including stadium and concession stands, " to the uses permitted therein.
