WHEREAS, The City of Fort Worth ("City")and Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford made and entered into City
Secretary Contract No. 40243 (The Contract)which was authorized by the City Council by M&C C-24215,
the 11th day of May, 2010; and Amendment Nos. 1. 2. 3. 4. 6. 7 and 11 were administratively executed in
the amount of$37,650.00 for additional topographic surveys, cost estimates, underground utilities survey
and new FBO revisions; and Amendment No. 5 was approved by M&C C-24980 on June 14, 2011 to
complete the design and provide construction administration services in the additional amount of
$985,732.50 plus up to $63,680.00 in reimbursable expenses; and Amendment No. 8 was approved by
M&C C-26111 on February 19, 2013 to redesign the Project's approved site and revise completed
drawings in the additional amount of $85,505.00 plus up to $2,365.00 in reimbursable expenses; and
Amendment No.9 was approved by M&C C-26504 on October 15, 2013 for additional redesign fees to
accommodate a new FBO within the terminal building in the additional amount of $317,917.00 without
additional reimbursable expenses; and Amendment No. 10 was approved by M&C C-26712 on March 18,
2014 for additional redesign fees to accommodate a new FBO within the terminal building in the additional
amount of$120,473.00 without additional reimbursable;
WHEREAS, further amendment is necessary to incorporate additional requested civil engineering services
and changes in the construction drawings to accommodate the new tenant;
WHEREAS, the full legal name of Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford is Hahnfeld Associates, Architects and
Planners, Inc. d/b/a Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford Architects Planners Interiors, and the Parties desire to
amend The Contract and Amendments Nos. 1 through 11 to incorporate the full legal name; and
NOW THEREFORE, City and Hahnfeld Associates, Architects and Planners, Inc. d/b/a Hahnfeld Hoffer
Stanford Architects Planner Interiors ("Architect"), collectively (the "Parties") acting by and through their
duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement:

The Contract and each Amendment numbering Amendment No. 1 through 11 is hereby ratified by the
Parties and incorporated into this Amendment No. 12 by reference.
2.
Article 1.1, SECTION I—SERVICES OF THE ARCHITECT, a paragraph is added to read as follows:
"Provide additional design service to further modify the Project's currently approved architectural,
mechanical and plumbing plans in order to incorporate a new tenant; and additional civil
engineering services to produce easement exhibits and submit additional information to the State
for approval. The Total cost of these additional services is $45,510.00 without additional
reimbursable expense fees. The scope of services are described more fully in the following
Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford's letters: Attachment "A" ($29,760.00) dated October 21, 2014 subject:
Amendment Proposal for Additional Services — First Floor Redesign for Customs Facility
Meacham Airport Terminal Building Renovation — Phase 2 including this letter's attachments
noted as Exhibits "A", Attachment"B" ($10,750.00) dated October 29, 2014 subject: Amendment
Proposal for Additional Services — Onsite Easements for Oncor New Power Service — Phase 2
including this letter's attachments noted as Exhibits "A", and Attachment "C" ($5,000.00) dated
October 29, 2014 subject: Amendment Proposal for Additional Services—TxDOT Plan Submittals
— Phase 2 including this letter's attachments noted as Exhibits "A". Attachments "A, B, & C" are
attached hereto, and made a part of this Agreement."

Paragraph 1 of SECTION V-COMPENSATION TO ARCHITECT, is amended as follows:
"The total compensation for all of the assignments to be performed by Architect to complete the
Projects as described in CHARACTER AND EXTENT of ARCHITECT'S SERVICES as
addressed in City Secretary Contract No. 40243 and Amendment Nos. 1 through 12 and hereof
shall be $1,827,462.50, hereinafter referred to as the 'total fee', plus up to $79,245.00 in
reimbursable expenses."

All other provisions of this Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and
effect.

Meacham Airport Terminal Building Renovation-Phase 2
Dear Mr.Murayama:
This proposal for Additional Services includes the redesign,and redraw of the Meacham Airport Terminal
Building Renovation First Floor to include design changes proposed by Fort Worth Aviation, and U.S.
Customs&Border Patrol.These proposed changes were presented in a meeting on June 4"',2014, in a
meeting with Mr.Allen of U.S.Customs and Border Patrol.
Our proposal includes the necessary redesign,and redraw costs to reorganize the first floor tenant layout
plans affected by the increased size of the facility,revise core and shell drawings to include new access
to the exterior, and prepare Tenant Fit Out drawings for bidding by an Interiors Contractor. Mechanical
Engineering,Electrical,and Plumbing Design revisions are included in these changes.Our proposed fee
is a lump sum fee of $29,760.00, (Twenty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Dollars, and No
Cents), not including reimbursables. No additional Reimbursable Expenses will be required for this
amendment beyond the base contract amount.This proposal includes the assumption redraw and reissue
would conclude in late Fall of 2014.
Our Proposal includes the following; Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford Fee Summary, and the Campos
Engineering,Inc.proposal all of which are attached hereto and part of Exhibit A.

Customs Tenant Space Additional Services
Campos Engineering, Inc. hereby submits this Proposal/Contract for additional professional
Mechanical and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Services in association with the building
revisions to incorporate the requirements for the new Customs Tenant space that is to be added
within the facility. The proposal is based upon the drawings provided by HHS Architects on July
11, 2014.
SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work is as follows:
1. Provide HVAC system design for the area. The scope will include extension of the
building VRF system for the customs area.
2. VRF system piping shall be shown to each HVAC unit in the space.
3. A new electrical panel shall be provided for the customs area from the building
distribution system to segregate the 120/208 volt loads for the area.
4. Coordination of electrical requirements for Customs equipment and security equipment
is included.
Work Clarifications
i. Included are separate submittals for the Customs area for SD, DD, CD and CA phases
of the project.
FEES
Campos will provide these Additional Services for the stipulated fee, including reimbursable
expenses of$5,200 (FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS).
This Agreement will constitute an amendment to our Basic Services Agreement. Please return
a copy with your signature acknowledging your acceptance and as our Authorization to
Proceed.

This proposal for Additional Services includes the Underground Utility survey to locate buried utilities that
could interfere with the new power service lines from Oncor,and the preparation of legal descriptions and
documents for approval by the city.These underground conduits were included on the Bid Documents
issued on 9-28-14,but the actual power lines cannot be pulled to the new transformer until easements are
created and approved.
Our proposal includes the necessary survey and documentation preparation by our civil engineer,Teague
Nall Perkins,and some additional meeting team.Our proposed fee is a lump sum fee of$10,750,00(Ten
Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars, and No Cents), not including reimbursables. No additional
Reimbursable Expenses will be required for this amendment beyond the base contract amount. This
proposal includes the assumption this additional documentation would conclude in late Fall of 2014.

Mr. Claycamp:
This letter agreement serves as an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement for
Meacham Airport Terminal Improvements to locate, prepare and coordinate the electrical
easement exhibits associated with the new Oncor Electric Delivery service and transformer. Per the
previous Oncor Coordination meeting at Meacham Terminal with Tim Dolan, the need was
Identified to locate (SUE OL "B") the existing electrical primary loop within the Airport property,
coordinate with the MEP (Campos Engineering) on the proposed Electrical Primary alignment, and
prepare Electrical Easement Exhibits to be used with standard front end documents provided by
Oncor. This additional service will be provided under the terms of the original agreement.
Based on the additional services,the contract amendment will be:
SUE (QL"B"): TNP will locate up to 700 LF of the Primary Electric line using nondestructive methods
identified in the original professional service contract. The field locates will be provided in an
electronic points file for additional coordination with the design team.

Electrical Easement Exhibits: TNP will prepare the Legal Description (Exhibit A) & Layout(Exhibit B)
for the Electrical Easement required by Oncor Delivery. The Consultant will coordinate with the Owner
and Oncor on the alignment and size of the electrical easement.The effort also includes additional field
work associated with the easement documents.

This proposal for Additional Services includes the additional work for a permit application to TxDOT.This
is required for the driveway relocation and storm drainage work along Main Street,which is Business 287.
Our proposal includes the necessary documentation preparation by our civil engineer, Teague Nall
Perkins.Our proposed fee is a lump sum fee of$5,000.00(Five Thousand Dollars,and No Cents),not
including reimbursables. No additional Reimbursable Expenses will be required for this amendment

Engineering Services- Contract Amendment
TxDOT Permit
Mr. Claycamp:
This letter agreement serves as an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement for
Meacham Airport Terminal improvements to prepare and coordinate the TxDOT Permit application
and plans for the new drive and storm drain improvements along Main Street. This additional
service will be provided under the terms of the original agreement.
Based on the additional services,the contract amendment will be:
TxDOT Permit Submittal: TNP will prepare a separate set of 11x17 plans associated with the new
drive approach and storm drain improvements within Main Street (BUS 287). It was originally
understood that the City of Fort Worth maintained access control along North Main Street, but later it
was identified that a TxDOT permit would be required.The Consultant will coordinate with the State on
the permit application and plan approval for construction. Five Thousand Dollars($5.0001
