executed and this work is underway to conduct zone redevelopment planning at specific locations at
Spinks and Meacham Airports

interest from others in a heliport in the downtown area Due to this interest, the Aviation Department is
examining the feasibility of a public use heliport in the Downtown area
The Aviation Department initiated discussions with URS and has negotiated a scope of work for a Heliport
Feasibility and Site Study termed as Work Order No 3 for a cost of $167 955 00 The purpose of this
study will be to first determine the feasibility of developing a heliport within the area of Downtown Fort
Worth and second if it is found that a heliport should be established to determine the best possible
