Pursuant to our discussion at yesterdays meeting with TRVA and JQ ty,please consider
this letter agreement to provide initial modeling services to assist with preliminary
H&H modeling of the revised bridge concepts for the Central City Project. We understand

model.
• Review of the south of Seventh Pedestrian Bridge HEC-RAS Section as furnished by the
City for applicability to the current pedestrian bridge section in the model.
• Incorporating a two tiered retaining wall hard edge into the model.
• Reducing the hard edge protrusion by 10 ft. on the lower walkway,
• Preliminary model runs to determine the benefits from these modifications.
• Attendance at one meeting to discuss results of the preliminary model.
These services are intended as preliminary modeling to determine,in general, the viability of
concepts to satisfy various project constraints. They do not include:
■ Final model configuration or regulatory submittals
