On April 9, 2014, a total of five proposals were received from engineering consultants for the tank rehabilitation projects. A Staff consultant selection committee recommended Tank Industry Consultants, Inc., for the Timberline elevated storage tank rehabilitation project. On July 22, 2014, (M&C C-26879) the City Council authorized execution of an engineering agreement with Tank Industry Consultants, Inc. for the design and preparation of contract documents for the recoating and structural repairs of the Timberline elevated storage tank. The project was advertised on November 6, 2014 and November 13, 2014 in the Fort Worth Star- Telegram.
