DISCUSSION: Mr. Robert U. Black, the owner of the property located at 7895 Old Decatur Road has submitted a request to receive water service from the City of Fort Worth. The legal description of the property is: A.F. Albright Survey No. 1849 located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Fort Worth, inside Tarrant County and within the Fort Worth Water Certificate of Convenience and Necessity. Mr. Robert U. Black has agreed to pay all fees and charges associated with the connection. The applicant also understands that the fees and the monthly bill will be 1.25 times the rate for customers inside the City of Fort Worth.
