AN ORDINANCE VACATING RIGHT OF WAY LABELED OREA WAY
LOCATED ADJACENT TO LOT 4, TRINITY INDUSTRIAL PARK, AN
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY
TEXAS AS RECORDED IN CABINET A, SLIDE 175 OF THE PLAT
RECORDS OF TARRANT GOUTY TEXAS AND CONTAINING 57,514
SQUARE FEET OR 1.32 ACRES OF LAND MORE OR LESS,
PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND• THE
RETAINMENT OF EXISTING UTILITY EASEMENTS, REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS
SECTION 1
That a right of way labeled Orea Way located adjacent to Lot 4 Trinity Industrial
Park, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County Texas as recorded in Cabinet
A, Slide 175 of the Plat Records of Tarrant County Texas and containing 57,514 square
feet or 1.32 acres of land, more or less and as more specifically described m Exhibit 1
`2" and `3 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and the same ~s
vacated and extinguished.
SECTION 2.
That the fee to the land m the above-described street right-of way is released and
shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law
SECTION 3.
That all existing utility easements shall be retained by the City until such time all
utilities located in that easement are relocated at the owner's expense.
SECTION 4.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5.
That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
BEING a 1 320 acre tract of land in the J W Calloway Survey Abstract No 336, situated in the
City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County Texas and being that right-of--way tract labeled Orea Way as
shown on the final, plat of Lot 4, Tnnity Industrial Park, an addition to the City of Fort Worth,
Tarrant County Texas as recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 175 of the Plat Records of Tarrant
County Texas (PRTCT) and being more particularly described as follows.
BEGINNING at a a/2" u-on pin found at the northwest. comer of said Lot 4 said iron pin also
being on the southerly right-of--way line of Trinity Boulevard (120' R.O W )•
THENCE S O1 01'29" W a distance of 909 67 feet to a capped 1/2 iron pin found at the
southwest comer of said Lot 4
THENCE S 89 5147" W a distance of 60 O1 feet to a 1/2" iron pin found,
THENCE N O1 01'29" E, a distance of 1.22 feet to a 1/2 iron pin found, said iron pin also being
the Point of Curvature of a circular curve to the right having a radius of SO 00 feet, a central
angle of 156 55'35 and being subtended by a chord which bears N O1 01'29" E, 97.98 feet;
THENCE along said curve to the nght, a distance of 136.94 feet to a 1!2" iron pin found,
THENCE N Ol 01'29" E, a distance of 810 47 feet to a 1/2" iron pin found, said iron pin also
being on the southerly right-of--way line of Tnnity Boulevard,
THENCE N 89 5140" E along the southerly right-of way line of Trinity Boulevard, a distance

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council adopt an ordinance vacating right-of-way described as Orea Way
located adjacent to Lot 4 Trinity Industrial Park, an addition to the City of Fort Worth Tarrant County Texas
as recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 175 PRTCT containing approximately 57 514 square feet or 1 32 acres
DISCUSSION
Koch Pipeline Company L.P has requested the above referenced vacation on behalf of Flint Hills
Resources of Euless, Texas, in order to replat it into the adjacent property The Engineering Department,
Real Property Services Division, states that the administrative fee of $100 00 has been received Reviewing
City departments and public utility companies have raised no objections to this request. The City Plan
Commission recommended approval of this request at its meeting on December 23 2005 The right-of-way
being vacated is being retained as an easement for existing utilities
This vacation is located in COUNCIL DISTRICT 5
