COUNTY, TEXAS, BE ARAN® DONED, VACATED AND CLOSED; EXCEPTING THE RIGHTS OF ALL PUBLIC UTILITIES IMMOFORE ACQUIRED IN \ SAID THOROUGHFARE; AND PROVIDING FOR TIM RE-. VERSION OF THE FEE TO SAID LANDo MEREAS, it appearing to the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, that that portion of White Street being thirty (30) feet wide, extend- ing for a distance of ninety (90) feet, in Block H, Bolte's Subdivision of a part of the Tyler's Lake-Park Addition in the City of Fort Worth, Texas, al- though apparently dedicated as a street, has in fact never been used by the public, and that it is to the best interest of the public that said portion of said street be closed, abandoned and vacated as a public thoroughfare and that the fee to the land in said thoroughfare revert as provided by law; NOWT, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 1`ORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION is That that portion of White Street which projects into Bloch H of Bolte's Subdivision of a part of the Tyler's Lake Park Addition in the City of Fort Worth, Texas, approximately thirty (30) feet in width and ninety (90) feet in length, be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and permanently abandoned as a street or thoroughfares SECTION 2, That the fee to the land in said thoroughfare hereby closed, vacated and abandoned is released and will revert to the adjacent owner or owners as provided by laws SECTION 3• That the rights of all public utilities heretofore acquired by said utilities for the purpose of constructing and maintaining service lines shall not he disturbed, destroyed, revoked or abrogated by any of the provisions of this ordinance but that said rights above set out shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage. APPROVED AS TO FORM: City Attorney
