In purchasing this subdivided property, the company has acquired title to various lots which completely enclose certain streets heretofore dedi- cated to the pablic use in connection with said Hyde Jennings Subdivision and Lake View Addition. Inasmuch as the company has acquired ownership to all property adjoining certain streets in this subdivision and addition, and inas- much as it is necessary for the .company"s intended use of this property to use the property acquired as one tract, the company is now desirous of closing such streets and alleys as lie entirely within the tract of land acquired for its Handley generating station. The streets and alleys which the company desires be closed are as follows: I. hake View Addition: All of Depot Street. In connection with the closing of Arkansas Lane, we respectfully call the Council's attention to the fact that the company has heretofore petitioned Tarrant County to -relocate a portion of Arkansas Lane and to close that portion of Arkansas Lane between our property before said property was taken into the city limits of Fort Worth, which permission was granted by the Commissioners' Court of Tarrant County. The relocation of Arkansas Lane has been completed.
