Tarrant County, Texas, along the South line of which an*encroachment exists
in, upon and across Lancaster Avenue and upon the North Line of which an
encroachment exists in, upon and across East 17th Street-, NOW, THEREME39
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the Estate of J. W. MITCHELL, Deceased, the owners of the said
land above described and improvements. thereon, or their'successors and
assigns, be permitted to leave the existing wall of a building for a
maximum distance of 65 feet in, upon and across the North Line of
Lancaster Avenue, same being along Lots 20 and 21, Block D-4, Daggetts
Addition to the City of Fort Worth,'Tarrant County, Texas, and to leave
the existing walls of a building and a concrete dock in, -upon and across
the South line of Fast 17th Street, same being along Lots 19 and -22, Block
D-1, Daggettts Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas;
said two encroachments being more particularly described as follows:
(1) BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE NORTH LINE OF LANCASTER AVENUE,

MATELY 120 FEET TO TEE EXTPME SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID BRICK

INCITES TO THE EXTREME WESTERN END OF A CONCRETE DOCK; THENCE

THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
And that said improvements on the above described real property be
allowed to stand during the life of said building and/or dock as -same is
now constructed; provided, however, that in the event such buildings
and/or dock be demolished or major alterations or repairs be made to said
building and/or dock in the future or same be condemned by Governmental
authority, that same be constructed so as to meet the requirements of
the limits of Lancaster Avenue and East 17th Streets and provided, fur-
ther, that in the event the City of Fort Worth shall condem all or any
part of the above said described property for public use, the rights and
easements herein granted to the Estate of J. W. Mitchell, Deceased, its
successors and assigns, shall cease and be of no further force and effect.
- - SECTION 2.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and efm
feet from and after the date of its passage and it is so ordained.
