Motorized Vehicle - The City of Fort Worth ("City") will use a "chase vehicle" to accompany the City of Fort Worth Police Department and Fire Department recruits while on the licensed area of the property (see Exhibit "A"). The vehicle is a four-wheeled golf cart type vehicle. The vehicle will be used for safety purposes, including carrying water for recruits and transporting injured recruits. The use of this vehicle is subject to the posted speed limits of the facility and applicable law. 2. Running Path - The City of Fort Worth Police Department and Fire Department will have reasonable, but limited access to the Fort Worth Federal Center, specifically access will be-granted to the unpaved outer road and some of the paved roads as highlighted, on marked Exhibit "A". No other access is granted under this license agreement. 3. Instructor and Recruit Information - Each recruit and instructor shall wear the readily identifiable, standard City physical training uniform. The designated representative(s) of City will provide the names of each instructor to the Federal Protective Service Officers located at the front gate of the Fort Worth Federal Center. The recruits shall be escorted by an authorized instructor from City at all times when on the licensed property and the instructors shall carry their City of Fort Worth issued identification card. Instructors should be ready to present their identification while on federal property, as credentials may be checked at any time. In the event that proper credentials are not furnished, access to the aforementioned areas Fort Worth Federal Center will be denied. 4. Hours of Access - The City shall have access to the licensed property Monday through Friday from 6am to 6pm, excluding Federal Holidays, subject to the authorities of the Federal Protective Service and GSA Property Management.
