WHEREAS, The City of Fort Worth ("City") and Alliance
Geotechnical Group, Inc. "At GGI made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 46040 (The
Contract)which was administratively authorized and executed in the amount of$7,725.00 plus up to$0.00
in reimbursable fees for Preliminary Design Services and cost estimates.:
NOW THEREFORE, City and Alliance Geotechnical Group, Inc., ("Engineer"), collectively (the "Parties")
acting by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement
1.
Article 1.1, SECTION 1—SERVICES OF THE ARCHITECT, a paragraph is added to read as follows:
"Provide additional materials testing services additional required compaction tests.. The Total
cost of these additional services is$425.00, The scope of services are described more fully in the
following Alliance Geotechnical Group letter: Attachment "A" dated June 1, 2015 subject:
Construction Materials Testing Services, Citizens Drop-off Stations Collection Pads, Fort Worth,
Tx., and made a part of this Agreement."
2.
Paragraph 1 of SECTION V-COMPENSATION TO ARCHITECT, is amended as follows:
"The total compensation for all of the assignments to be performed by Architect to complete the
Projects as described in CHARACTER AND EXTENT of ENGINEER'S SERVICES as addressed
in City Secretary Contract No. 46040 and Amendment 1 with attachment"A" and hereof shall be
$8,150.00, hereinafter referred to as the'total fee', plus up to$0.00 in reimbursable expenses."
3.
All other provisions of this Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and
effect

COMPENSATION
$ 425.00 for additional Testing services as requested rendered during construction at the Hemphill
location has been determined. Please indicate your approval of the change order.
