WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth ("City") and Studiorotan made and entered into City
of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 30559, (the "Contract") and
WHEREAS, the Contract involves professional services related to the Evans and
Rosedale Renewal Project; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the Contract to include an increased scope
of work and/or revised maximum fee; and
WHEREAS, Studiorotan has assigned this agreement to Renee Kemp-Rotan
("Consultant") and City has approved such assignment.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement that amends the contract:
1.
Section I, Services of the Consultant, of the Contract is amended to include additional consultant
services specified in attachment I that is attached hereto and incorporated herein. The cost for
these additional services to be performed by Consultant shall not exceed $2,500.
2.
Section V, Compensation to the Consultant, of the Contract is amended to provide for an
increase in the lump sum to be paid to Consultant for all work and services under the Contract, as
amended, so that the total lulitp sum fee to be paid by City for all work and services is $19,700,
and reimbursables shall not exceed the sum of$4,500.
3.
All other provisions of the Contract that are not expressly amended herein shall remain in
full force and effect.

Renee Kemp-Rotan Tasks for Expanded Scope Master Plan
Task 1: To identify urban space zones and opportunities for heritage, theme, media
intervention; through look issues of access, linkages, connections, barriers +
opportunities in larger area where gateways, nodes, hubs, open space,
commercial districts, housing enclaves can take full advantage of the form,
function, design and positioning of streetscape, historic interpretation and
media devices, within a community that insists upon becoming a heritage
destination.
Deliverable: A set of maps (site plan) with conceptual images of urban space
opportunities with pertinent urban design solutions.
Task 2: To design streetscape in "opportunity zones" within the expanded public
realm: street furniture, signage kiosks, banners, wayfinding devices, public art
programming and placement etc. that carry out the heritage theme throughout
the larger milieu.
Deliverable: Design of a series of streetscape elements (see above) with
recommendations for locational priorities and use/placement of these devices.
Street furniture design, wayfinding devices and public art performance
guidelines, along with conceptual diagrams and mapping will be included in
the final scheme for the expanded district.
