WHEREAS, The City of Fort Worth ("City") and Hahnfeld Associates, Architects and Planners, Inc. made
and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 40243 (The Contract) which was authorized by the City
Council by M&C C-24215, the 11th day of May, 2010; and Amendment Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7,11, 12 and 13
were administratively executed in the amount of $129,910.00 for additional topographic surveys, cost
estimates, underground utilities survey, utility easement, new tenant lease space, new FBO revisions and
new FBO tenant finishout design services; and Amendment No. 5 was approved by M&C C-24980 on
June 14, 2011 to complete the design and provide construction administration services in the additional
amount of $985,732.50 plus up to $63,680.00 in reimbursable expenses; and Amendment No. 8 was
approved by M&C C-26111 on February 19, 2013 to redesign the Project's approved site and revise
completed drawings in the additional amount of $85,505.00 plus up to $2,365.00 in reimbursable
expenses; and Amendment No.9 was approved by M&C C-26504 on October 15, 2013 for additional
redesign fees to accommodate a new FBO within the terminal building in the additional amount of
$317,917.00 without additional reimbursable expenses; and Amendment No. 10 was approved by M&C C-
26712 on March 18, 2014 for additional redesign fees to accommodate a new FBO within the terminal
building in the additional amount of$120,473.00 without additional reimbursable;
WHEREAS, further amendment is necessary to incorporate additional requested architectural and civil
engineering design services and changes in the construction drawings to accommodate a new FBO
tenant finishout requested revisions;
NOW THEREFORE, City and Hahnfeld Associates, Architects and Planners, Inc. d/b/a Hahnfeld Hoffer
Stanford Architects Planner Interiors ("Architect"), collectively (the "Parties") acting by and through their
duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement:
1.
Article 1.1, SECTION I —SERVICES OF THE ARCHITECT, a paragraph is added to read as follows:
"Provide additional design services to further modify the Project's currently approved architectural
and civil engineering plans in order to incorporate the new FBO tenant finishout requested
revisions. The Total cost of these additional services is $46,750.00 without additional
reimbursable expense fees. The scope of services are described more fully in the following
Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford's letter, Attachment "A" dated July 7, 2015 subject: Amendment
Proposal for Additional Services — Design Services for FBO Finishout Reimbursement Plan,
Meacham Airport Terminal Building Renovation — Phase 2 including this letter's attachment noted
as Exhibit"A". Attachment"A" is attached hereto, and made a part of this Agreement."
2.
Paragraph 1 of SECTION V-COMPENSATION TO ARCHITECT, is amended as follows:
"The total compensation for all of the assignments to be performed by Architect to complete the
Projects as described in CHARACTER AND EXTENT of ARCHITECT'S SERVICES as
addressed in City Secretary Contract No. 40243 and Amendment Nos. 1 through 13 and hereof
shall be $1,892,347.50, hereinafter referred to as the 'total fee', plus up to $79,245.00 in
reimbursable expenses."
3.
All other provisions of this Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and
effect.

Reimbursement Plan
Meacham Airport Terminal Building Renovation -Phase 2
Dear Mr. Meza:
As requested by the City of Fort Worth Aviation Department,I am sending you this proposal for the design
of the Meacham Airport Terminal Building Renovation project to include design services for the FBO finish-
out.These proposed design services have been selected from a master list generated by Hahnfeld Hoffer
Stanford dated 7/7/2015, (attached) to include the most critical construction activities necessary to meet
the contractor's schedule. The remaining items can be addressed in a future Design Amendment when
additional information is available from the FBO operator,American Aero, and the FBO finishout Design
Architect,Schenklel Shultz Architects.
DESIGN FEES INCLUDED IN THIS PROPOSAL
Our proposal includes the necessary design costs to issue design documents necessary for pricing and
construction as soon as possible, and the management costs to coordinate the project with the FBO
Interiors Architect Schenkel Shultz, and American Aero.We have divided the fee into each of the design
tasks for a better understanding of the costs associated with each construction task.
ITEM AA1
The redesign of the FBO ramp side entry vestibule to include a new window opening and
adjustment in vestibule wall thickness.This includes modifying existing drawings,and relocating
utilities contained within the wall enclosure. This task was requested by the FBO Architect,
Schenkel Shultz.

ITEM AA 2
The redesign of the Terminal side for the removal of the interior connecting corridor between the
Meacham Terminal Building Lobby and the Entry Lobby of the FBO.This includes the redesign
of the tenant spaces adjoin the corridor, redesign of the interior glazing systems,and ceilings.

Completion of design documentation of the parking shade canopies in the FBO parking lot.This
includes preparation of bid documents for securing a vendor contract, coordination of
disciplines,and field supervision of the installation.Design will be based on preliminary concepts
prepared by FBO Architect,Schenkel Shultz.This includes all (4)of the proposed canopies.

monument sign on behalf of the FBO,American Aero.

Total fee for the above quotations is$46,750.00(Forty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty dollars and
no cents), including the fees from Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford and the consultants.
FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PROPOSAL
• Travel outside of the City of Fort Worth
• Attendance in regular meetings of the Interiors Architect with the FBO Operator,American Aero.
• Attendance in regular meetings of the FBO Contractor, Balfour Beatty, and the FBO Operator,
American Aero.
• Additional printing and distribution beyond the usual distribution of drawings in PDF files emailed
to all parties.
• Distribution of CAD files beyond 1 copy each of the files issued at the completion of
documentation.
• Additional renderings or revisions of previous renderings for Owner or the FBO operator.
REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES
We anticipate no additional reimbursable costs beyond the base contract allowances.
Our Proposal includes the attached exhibit from Campos Engineering, and the master schedule of
proposed design tasks,and is attached hereto and part of Exhibit A.
