Close Part of Boylston Avenue; Blocks 21 and 23 of
Beacon Fill.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TP' BOARD OF COMMISSIOV9 S OF "M
CITY OF FORT ';'ORTH
lst: That part of Boylston Avenue lying l09
feet north of the old Dderville Road and being the
north boundary line of Block 21 Beacon Hill and
also that part of Boylston Avenue lying immediately
south of the old Ederv_ille Road crossing Block 23 of
Beacon Hill according to thepplat of said Addition
6iled and recorded in the office of the County Clerk
of Tarrant Gounty, Texas be, and the same are hereby
closed to the public and #seated and for all purposes
terminated forever and the title to the above mentioned
parts Boylston Avenue revert back to the present
owners the ad Joining property of said blocks and
all the i tereet that the Ford t;ity of Fort Worth may
have in said street forever cpa*e, from this date.
2nd: That this ordinance be in effect from
and after its passage.

do hereby certify that the airove and foregoing is 8 true
and correct copy of an ordinm ce duly passed and enacted
by the Board of Commiss#,onere of the City of Fort Worth
at a rej;vlar and lerllpp constituted session of said
Board geld at the City ball in the City of Fort Worth,
on the 25th day of April A. D. 1924.
