AN ORDINANCE SETTING FORTH AN ITEMIZED ESTIMATE OF THE EXPENSE OF CONDUCTING THE AVIATION DEPARTMENT OF THE MUNIC- IPAL GOVMUR4E!tT OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JUNE 1., 1960, AND ENDING SEPTEM- BER 30, 1960, AND PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF THE UNAPPRO- PRIATED SURPLUS IN THE AIRPORTS FUND TO CERTAIN ACCOUNT'S. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. Ground Rental - Tank Farm 10600 Utilities 4520 Lease of Land Sale of Crops Itinerant Gas Fees 1,228 City of Fort Worth - TOTAL FROM OTHERS $ 4,428 FROM COIN-OPERATED DEVICES: Parking Meters 320 TOTAL FROM COIN-OPERATED DEVICES $ 320 SUBTOTAL CARTER FIELD $ 43,388 TOTAL $135,242 and that there is currently in such budgetary accounting of the Airports Fund of the City of Fort Worth an unappropriated surplus estimated to be in excess of the amount of One Hundred Thirty-five Thousand, Two Hundred and Forty-two Dollars ($135,242.00). SECTION 2. That in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 4294, it is necessary that an appropriation for the remainder of the fiscal year beginning June 1, 1960, and ending September 30, 1960, be made from such unappropriated surplus in the Airports Fund for the purpose of conducting, maintaining and administering the Airports System, and more particularly the portion thereof known as the Greater Fort Worth International Airport, Amon G. Carter Field, recently acquired from the Fort Worth Air Terminal Corporation, Inc. SECTION 3. That the total sum of One Hundred Thirty-three Thousand, Two Hun- dred and Twenty-one Dollars ($3.33,221.00) be appropriated from the unappro- priated surplus to the several accounts of the Airports Fund hereinafter set forth: 10-55201 Administration - Carter Field $ 26,198 10-55202 Terminal Building Operation - Carter Field 50,346 10-55203 Sound Studio and Nursery - Carter Field 8,511 10-55204 Field Maintenance - Carter Field 16,380 10-55205 Public Safety - Carter Field 26,559 10-55206 Water and Sewage Plants - Carter Field 5,,227 Total $133,221 SECTION 4. That the appropriation herein made shall be transferred and placed in the above and foregoing accounts of the Airports Fund and shall be de- voted to the payment of the maintenance, operation and improvement of the Airports System of the City of Fort Worth, including the payment of salaries of employees, all as heretofore shown in the accounts hereinabove listed, and shall not be used, applied or diverted to any other purpose or object whatsoever than such airport purposes. SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so ordained. APPROVED AS TO FORM AND LEGALITY: City Attorney
