that that portion of the alley lying between Dag-gett „venue <.nd Vickery Boule-
vard and being between Block 7, Jaggett's Second Addition, and the block in
Morris and Bass Addition adjoining said alley on the east, although duly
dedicatee?, has in fact :a v,„ been used by the public and that it is to the
best interest of the public that said portion of the alley be closed, abandon-
ed and vacated as a public thoroughfare and the fee to the land in said alley
revert as provided by lacy; PIOJ, TIETEFORE,

SECTION 1.
That that portion of the allay lying between Daggett Avenue and Vickery
Boulevard and being between Plock ^„ Daggettfs Second Addition, and the block
in Yorris and ?ass Addition adjoining said alle.- on the east, be and the sante
is hereby vacated, closed and permanently abandoned as an alley or public
thoroughfare of any 'and or character whatever.
SECTION 2.
That the fee to the land in said portion of the alley above described
is hereby released and will revert to the owners Ls provided by lax.
S CTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in fu?1 force and effect
th date of its passage.
