of alternate materials and methods of construction and provide for reasonable
interpretation of the provisions of the proposed Code. It will adopt reason-
able rules and regulations for conducting its investigations and will render
all decisions and findings in writing to the Airport Building Official with
a duplicate copy to the Appellant. The Board may also recommend to the Dallas-
Fort Worth Regional Airport Board and to all cities adopting this code any
such new legislation which is needed, since itis anticipated that the Airport
Building Code will be updated periodically in order to stay abreast of modern
