AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3011, BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND TO RESTRICT THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCES, OR OTHER PURPOSES; THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES AND SIZE OF BUILDING; AND OTHER STRUCTURES: THE SIZE OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES; OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION; AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO DISTRICTS OF SUCH NUMBER, SHAPE AND AREA AS MAY BE DEEMED BEST BY FIXING DEFINITE USES OF THE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID DESCRIBED AREAS FROM THE USES AS SHOWN ON THE MAPS CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE N0. 3011 ; PRE- SCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $5.00 NOR MORE THAN $200.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE, AND.THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION IS PERMITTED TO EXIST SHALL CONSTITUTE A SEPARATE OFFENSE; AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 3011 be amended so that the following described uses in the hereinafter described area be altered, changed and amended as follows to wit: Z-67-172 Beginning at a point 150 feet west of the intersection of the west right- of-way line of Country Day Lane and the north right-of-way line of the Southwest Loop; thence north 64 degrees 10 minutes west for 275 feet to a point; thence north 26 degrees 05 minutes west for 90 feet to a point; thence north 00 degrees 00 minutes for 485 feet on a line 50 feet east of the center line of Bryant Irvin Road to a point; thence south 68 degrees 00 minutes east for 190 feet to a point; thence south 10 degrees 30 minutes east for 610 feet to a point, the point of beginning. The zoning regulations and districts, as herein established, have been made in accordance with the comprehensive plan for the purpose of promoting health, safety, morals and the general welfare of the community. They have been designed to lessen congestion in the streets; to secure safety from fire, panic, flood and other dangers; to provide adequate light and air; to prevent overcrowding of land; to avoid undue concentration of population; to facilitate the adequate provisions of transportation, water, sewerage, parks and other public require- ments. They have been made after a full and complete public hearing with reasonable considera- tion among other things, of the character of the district and its peculiar suitability for the particular uses and with a view of conserving the value of buildings and encouraging the most appropriate use of land throughout the community. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be cumulative of all other ordinances of the City of Fort Worth affecting zoning and shall not repeal any of the provisions of said ordinances except in those instances where provisions of those ordinances are in direct conflict with the provisions of this ordinance. SECTION 4. Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the court to be in- valid, the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. SECTION 5. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five and No/100 Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Two Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 6.
