OT' FORT IVORTH TEXAS:Section 1. That or . 977 passed by the Citi*Council of the City• of FDecember 17th, 1906, be
j and is hereby amended and there is hereby established a stdlid
for hacks, carriages and, o-t-her vehicles engaged .in earryin'g
goods or passengers for hire in the city of Fort Worth, as
follows :
On the North side oaf' Foruth street between Main and
Houston streets. 4
That all persons using said hack stand shall be subject
to all regulations and penalties of said ordinance No. 977 .
Section 2: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed insofar as they so con-
flict.
Section 3: ' This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force after it' s passage and publication as required by law.

Board of Commissioners of the City of Fort Worth at a session of said

Streets, for the benefit of the traveling public and the
patrons of the Westbrook Hotel.
