AN ORDINAME amends Section 9 of Ordinance
No. 686 granting to the Texas& Pacific Railway Company

and J. L* Lancaster and 0. L. Wallace rights to 1ay and
construct certain tracks across FStr®et and along
Calhoun Street.

CP THE CITY OF FORT WORTH:
That Section 9 of Ordinance No. 686 granting
to the Texas & Pacific Railway Company and J. L. Lancaster
and C. L. Wallace, Receivers thereof the right to construct
and maintain a certain track across Front Street and other
tracks upon Calhoun Street as therein defined, be amended
so that same shall read as follows:
Section 9: The Texas & Pacific Railway Company
and the Receivers thereof shall file in writing its and
their acceptance of said o rdinano a within thing days after
the taking effect of same, ,and shall begin the work of lay-
ing said main line track within ninety days from the 10th
day of March, 1920, i
and shall use alldiligence to complete
same so that same shall be completed n an operating condi-
tion within a period of six months from and after the 10th
Clay of March, 19M.
Said ordinance is so amended for. the reason that ithas been made to appear to the Board of Commissioners that
it will be necessary for the said Receivers and said Rail-
way Company to have railway frogs needed for the construction
of said track manufactured by special design and order and
that it will be reasonably necessary for the time originally
granted to be extended so that same may be so manufactured
and furnished.

I hereby oertify that the above and foregoing
Ordinance was duly presented, passed and adopted blo the
Board of Commissioners of the City of Fort worth, Texas,
at a ,Regular session of said Board held March 1 . A. D-
