A BE IT ORDAINED BY THE 'BOARD OF COMMISSIONME. OF THE CITY i OF rT IMORTH; 1. That part of Bert Rose Ave lying North of the North intersection of Modlin Ave and Bertrose Ave. andthat part of ertrose Ave lying and being between the South intersection of Modlin Ave. and Bertrose Ave and the West intersection of Dorthly Lane and Bertrose Ave , also the alley running East and West in Block One of West Highland Addition to the City of Ft. Worth, according to the plat of said Addition filed and on record in the office of the County Clerk of tarrant County, Texas, be and the same are hereby closed to the Public and vacated, and for all pur- poses terminated forever, and the title to the above mentioned parts of Aertrose Ave. and the alley revert back to the pres- ent owners of the adjoining property ofesaid blocks, and all the interest that the City of Ft. Worth may have in said Street and alley or either of them forever cease from this date. 2. That this ordinance be in effect from and after its passage. I Chas, Snow, City Secretary of the City of Ft. Worth, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing is .a true and correct copy of an ordinance duly passed and enacted by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Ft.
