ORDINANCE NO. ,AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2082, BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE LOCATION AIM USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIMCE, OR OTHER PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES, AND SIZE OF BUILD- INGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE SIZE OF YARD6 AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION, AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO SUCH DISTRICTS OF NUMBER, SHAPE AND AREA AS MAY BE DEED BEST BY FIRING DEFINITE USES OF THE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID DESCRIBED AREAS FROM THE USES AS SHOWN ON THE MAPS CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE NO. 2082; PRESCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $5.00 NOR MORE THAN $50.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE, AND THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION IS PEIA1ITTED TO EXIST SHALL CONSTITUTE A SEPARATE OFFENSE; AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 2082 be amended so that the following described uses in the hereinafter described areas be altered, changed and amended as follows to wit: RECO131ENDED CHANGE AREAS FROM TO Lots 12 2, 32 42 512 52, 53 and 54, Taylor & McBrayer Addition "B" "G" (N• E. 28th Street & Warfield Street) Tracts 7, 6B2 West 135 feet of 6A, East 65 feet of 6A, 5, 5D and 5A1, in the John Childress Survey (excepting the area noir zoned "E" Commercial classification) "BIr irlu (South of the 2300 block of Jacksboro Hwy.) N65 feet of Lot fit', Block 2; and Lots 2 and 8. Block 3, College l Avenue) "D" "G"' (600 Block of Lots 21 through 282 Block 115, Chamberlin Arlington Heights Addition, First Filing "C" "F'^ (North side of 5500 block Camp Bowie Blvd.) Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block 10, Wm. J. Bailey Addition "C" (North side of 3100 Block w. 6th Street) Tracts 2, 2A, 3A., 6A and 6C, George J• Ashabranner Survey: Lots 17 through 29, Block 3 and all of Block 42 Eastwood Addition being all of the area annexed by Annexed Areal' "A" Ordinance No. 2881 (East of the 2700 through 3100 Blocks of) Miller Avenue) The East one-half (J) of Blocks 34, 35 and 36; except the N60f of the S70t of the East one-half (J) of Block 36; Jennings West Addition I'D" "G" ('fest side of 900, 1000 and 1100 blks, Summit) City Water Works Tract, including Lots 3 and 41 Block 5, Van Zandts Addition "A" & "D" "J" (Between Fournier Street and Clear Fork of Trinity River, north of Lancaster Avenue) SECTION 2. Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the Court to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. SECTION 3• Andy person firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less then Five and N©/100 Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Fifty and N0/100 Dollars ($50.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 4. This Ordinance will take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage by publication as required by law. APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY Adoptedt
