New payment options have been added over the years as technologies became available, affordable and were adopted by the public. Payment options that have been introduced are as follows.. • 1989 Automatic bank draft • 1998 Off-site satellite payment location in Southeast Fort Worth • 2001 Second satellite payment location in North Fort Worth (closed 2015) • 2002 H2Online website provides for online debit and credit card payments • 2003 Electronic bill pay for online bank payment services • 2006 A pay-by-phone system for credit and debit cards plus e-checks by phone • 2011 Third satellite payment location Southwest Fort Worth • 2012 Fidelity Express bill payment services offered across Fort Worth • 2013 Online a-check option and auto pay feature Currently, 60% of payments are received through some electronic means. Of the 2.7M payment transactions processed in 2014, 22% (597,457) were made using the H2Online system. In-Person Lockbox Check 19% 21% iT T _,_.Y. Once an account is established, each payment requires 4-6 `clicks', depending on whether or not the form of payment has been saved in the customer's online wallet. Customers can also choose to set up auto-pay online.
